Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Amore Mio application and website. By creating an account or using our service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Amore Mio.
Amore Mio ("the App", "the Service", "we", "us") is a personal wardrobe and gifting application that allows users to store clothing sizes, body measurements, wishlists and gift preferences for themselves and the people they love.
Amore Mio is operated by Alessandro Sparta ("the Operator") and accessible at amoremioapp.com and via the Amore Mio mobile application.
Beta Notice: Amore Mio is currently in beta. The service is provided as-is and features may change. We will provide advance notice where possible of any significant changes affecting your data.
To use Amore Mio you must:
By using Amore Mio, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
You may register using Google, Apple or other supported authentication providers. By doing so, you authorise us to access the basic profile information provided by that service (name and email address).
Upon registration you will be assigned a permanent unique ID (format: AM-XXXX-XX) and may choose a username. Your permanent ID cannot be changed. Your username may be changed once every 30 days.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Please notify us immediately at support@amoremioapp.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
⚠️ Important: Sizes and measurements stored in Amore Mio are for guidance purposes only. We do not guarantee that any size information will result in a perfect fit.
You acknowledge and agree that:
We strongly recommend verifying sizes directly with retailers before making a purchase, particularly for items where fit is critical.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all information you enter into Amore Mio, including:
By entering information about other people (such as a partner, family member or friend), you confirm that you have obtained all necessary consent and legal basis required under applicable data protection laws to store and share personal data relating to those individuals within the service.
Sharing your profile with other users requires a mutual connection request. Both parties must accept the connection before profile data is shared.
When connected, other users can view your profile information including sizes, measurements, wishlist items and favourite brands. They cannot edit your data.
You may revoke another user's access to your profile at any time via Settings → My Circle. Access is removed immediately and silently upon revocation.
When a connected user marks a wishlist item as purchased, this status is visible to other connected users but not to the profile owner, in order to preserve the surprise nature of gift-giving.
Amore Mio offers the following subscription plans:
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing you authorise Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via Settings → Subscription or through the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until that date.
Refunds are handled in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection law. If you are an EU consumer and have subscribed within the last 14 days without having used the premium features, you may be entitled to a full refund under the EU right of withdrawal. Contact us at ciao@amoremioapp.com to request a refund.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. We will provide at least 30 days notice of any price changes. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price.

We do not guarantee that Amore Mio will be available at all times. We may suspend or discontinue the service at any time, particularly during the beta phase, with reasonable notice where possible.
While we strive to maintain accurate brand size charts and conversion data, we make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness or fitness for purpose of any information in the app.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Amore Mio and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to:
