9. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data:

• All data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted using TLS/HTTPS
• Data at rest is encrypted by our database provider (Supabase)
• Row Level Security (RLS) ensures users can only access their own data
• Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe and never stored on our servers
• Access to production systems is strictly limited

10. International Data Transfers

Your data is primarily stored on EU servers. Where data is transferred outside the EU (for example, by Google or Apple for authentication), this is done under appropriate safeguards including Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

11. Children's Privacy

Amore Mio is not intended for children under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If you believe a child under 16 has provided us with personal data, please contact us at privacy@amoremioapp.com and we will delete it promptly.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via in-app notification and email. The updated policy will be effective from the date shown at the top of this page.
